Staffing

For the second meeting running, we had a very good turnout and we were again able to operate the full 6 sheds. The session went well with no particular problems. Fortunately the snow of the previous few weeks had not caused any damage to the sheds or contents.

Date Next Operating Meeting

The next Operating Meeting will be on Sunday 7th March 2010.

There have already been a number of apologies for this meeting, so if you do not intend to be there, please inform Trevor as soon as possible.

Please advise the Secretary Tim Crumplin on 01323 848051 beforehand (or 0777 573 4853) (The Chairman is on holiday, so he is out of the loop for this month!) if you cannot attend. Text messages are also accepted!!! This is also the contact number if you have any queries on the day. Please note that e-mail messages will not be read after lunchtime on the Friday before a meeting. THIS APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS!
