Devastating News
Over the last weekend, all of the sheds were broken into and every item of stock but 2 was stolen. Repairs to the shed have been completed and locks have been replaced (thanks to Trevor and Colin), However, we are in a difficult situation. Trevor and Colin have enough coaching and wagon stock to loan the club for a running session, but are short of brake vans. If you can bring a brake van or two to the next meeting, it would be appreciated.
STOPPRESS! - Super Sleuth Colin does it again!
Following on from news above, Colin Snowdon, with dog and pipe in tow, visited a local model railway dealer this morning to tell him of our misfortune, and low and behold on the counter was the Rusper rolling stock!
The dealer had purchased had it only a few minutes before Colin’s visit!
The rolling stock was last seen being put in the back of Colin’s car on route to a safe house.
Well done Colin!
Staffing Situation
A 6-shed operating session was in place at the last meeting.
Operation
The session operated well with few problems. In shed 5 Colin was able to get the clock working again.
